The Sheep.
The sheep represent the most stupid elements of society. Their understanding
of the aims of the revolution is limited to bleating out the slogan 'Four legs good, two legs bad.'' It must be noted that when Squealer wants to teach them the amended version it takes him a week to do so. This mindless support the pigs have is obviously harmful as they become unknowing tools of opression as each time a potential moment of protest comes up, their bleating prevents anyone else from being heard, thus stiffling any chances of free speach on the farm where supposedly ''All animals are equal.''
